what's it all about ?
The big pink ball is a special annual event where the sole aim is to raise as much money as possible for Cancer Research UK.
It is now in it's fourth year and what started out as a fund raising idea to help raise extra sponsorship for the race for life is now an annual date in the diary!
Since we began, back in 2006, with the help and support of everyone who has attended The Big Pink Ball, our combined efforts have raised over £5000 for Cancer Research UK. And it is only due to the efforts of every single person involved and every single person buying a ticket, that we are able to continue raising funds for Cancer Research UK.

A huge thank you to all that supported The Big Pink Ball on Saturday 4th July.
The event was once again a huge success and with the combined efforts of the big pink ball team over £1000 has been raised this year for the charity bringing the total now to over £5,500 which is a fantastic amount.
Our Special Guests Colin Green & David Noble were once again absolutely brilliant as were DJs Kenny Hibbert &Christian Howe who kept everyone entertained & on their feet !! and a special thank you must go to James Byrom (GBT) who as well as lending his DJing talent also provided all the sound & lighting equipement.
